Fill up your glass with love and happiness

At this point, I think you understand I believe putting The Greatest Thing into physical action (thoughts are electrons flowing through brain cells and as such physical) in your life is what all beings should do.  Why?  Because loving another (which feels good) and then letting them love you back (also feels good) makes you happy for a split second.  Now let's talk volume.  If you are loving to more people, beings, even inanimate objects throughout the day, those split seconds of happiness start to add up.  The seconds take up literal time in your day.  Be more loving and you will experience more seconds of being happy.  At the end of the day, those second will add up to minutes and hours of the day that you were happy.

The way I look at it is this:  Your "life" an empty glasses.  Every time you physically practice The Greatest Thing, a drop of love/happiness drops into the glass.  The more and more you physically practice The Greatest Thing, the more drops that go into the glass.  The glass starts to fill up.  You notice that in your life, you are happier more often.  The more you physically practice The Greatest Thing, the closer you will come to the glass completely filling up!  When it's close to filling all the way up, there's so much love/happiness in your life that you are happy almost all of the time!  Imagine being happy for the vast majority of time in your life!  What would that be like?  That would be awesome!  What a wonderful, happy life you would have!

So physically practice The Greatest Thing as often as possible.  When with beings, love them.  When alone, love yourself by having fun and doing nice things for yourself.  When you are alone and not doing anything at all, love your couch for being the only couch like it in the Universe ever.  That couch is a unique, one of a kind, snowflake and as such, should be loved for that.  Loved for being special!

Love the individual atoms that make up a wall.  Each of those atoms is its own unique, one of a kind, snowflake, too.  Love them for that.  Walk down the street and love every object you see for being itself.

I have a theory that if you put enough drops into your glass, it will eventually over flow.  I believe that was what caused all the grand epiphanies for me.  The love/happiness just spills over the top and splashes every where.  You're dripping love/happiness.  I think that's when you really, truly, at an atomic level understand that as a precious, priceless spark of life (whatever "life" is), the greatest thing you'll ever do is recognize that same precious, priceless spark of life in other beings and know that loving and comforting them is what one should do to other beings.  It makes them feel happy, loved, safe, and accepted. It makes their fears go away.  Let other beings love you that same way, too.  And you love yourself that way as well.  Unconditional, infinite love.  You'll have the epiphany that that's what it's all about.  Why do I exist?  To love and be loved.  What is my purpose in life?  To love and be loved.  And guess what?  Feeling loved and then experiencing the happiness that precipitates from love is fun!  Quite literally, the meaning of life is to have fun!  How?  By loving and being loved!  That's it!
