When walking down the street
You see someone walking towards you. You are a giant glass filled with love. And there is a firehose coming out of you. When you approach someone, let loose with the firehose and drench that person in gallons upon gallons of unconditional love. Hose them down with love. Top to bottom. Love them because they are one of a kind. There is no other them in the whole Universe ever and ever will be. Celebrate them for their utter individuality. For being themselves. Love them for being a unique, precious, priceless, snowflake. Love them for being so special. Love them and all the individual atoms that make them up. Those individual, unique, precious, priceless, snowflake atoms are working together to make that individual, unique, precious, priceless, snowflake of a person. Hose them down with your love for them!
The analogy/imagining/fantasy I like to use is me being an amoeba oozing down the street. When another human/being comes toward me, I extend the love inside me in the form of an invisible, mental pseudopod of love and envelop that being in it. We are all one. Everything in the Universe is related and is one. So when you envelope another being with a mental pseudopod of love, you are actually just enveloping yourself. You are literally loving yourself. And self love is so critically important. So love yourself and then love everything outside of your corporal form because everything outside of your corporal form is you as well. Love every atom in the Universe and you are loving yourself. And you are loving that being at the same time. And that's nice! Being nice to other things is the right thing to do and it will make you happy. Love more and more often and you will be happy more and more often.
Continuing the image of you as an amoeba made up of an oozing, protoplasmy mass of love, you can envelop and love the whole Universe. Just imagine you as the amoeba growing larger and larger and larger and larger. First you envelop the people and things on the street. Then you are enveloping the buildings and landscape around you. You are spilling across the state and flowing into others. You keep getting larger and larger. Soon you are enveloping countries, the oceans, the entire Earth. But you keep on growing. You grow ever larger. You can't stop growing. You start enveloping the space between planets and then the planets themselves. You envelop the Sun and the entire Solar System. You keep growing still. You go past our own Solar System and start enveloping the ones nearby. Soon you have enveloped the entire Milky Way Galaxy. But you keep growing. You envelop intergalactic space and swallow up the other galaxies as well. You keep growing and growing until you have swallowed the entire Universe. That's an imagining/fantasy you can use to extend the love you have in your heart to everything ever in the Universe.
